Big City Chic ALISO Model Home

When luxury homebuilder Toll Brothers needed an Interior Design firm to imagine the four model homes at Cody Place, their newest exclusive gated community in Palm Springs, they looked no further than Fig + Nash. The Aliso model, pictured here, was designed for an urban male dweller. Deep, dark, masculine, richly textured building materials, textiles and furnishings were selected to convey an air of sophistication, bringing big city chic to a luxurious desert oasis. The modern architecture, open concept floor plans, live/work office options, and rooftop deck provide excellent opportunities to create a dream home tailored to each homeowner’s taste. Fig + Nash did exactly that, designing each Model Home with a different homeowner in mind.
